We have completed a total renovation of this charming 1938, craftsman bungalow. Fantastic location in the East hill / downtown area of Pensacola. Only 9 miles to beautiful Pensacola Beach. Look at the completely renovated custom designer kitchen including 1940's antique sink cabinet, original refurbished glass front cabinet with painted art background. Gorgeous black granite & cabinets. Definitely not a typical grayed out color scheme. Kitchen has full size stackable front loaded washer and dryer. Bathroom has been completely renovated with a reglazed original bathtub plus a gold vessel sink, black marble and complete tile surround of the bathtub.
